Shipping is calculated at checkout for each individual order.

We understand that sometimes online orders do not work out. GGB will gladly accept returns of fully priced, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit— within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

All returns need to be returned in original condition, with tags, buttoned up and folded appropriately. If these guidelines are not followed, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from store credit. Garden Grace Bows does not offer any exchanges.

If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care, GardenGraceBows@gmail.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
